All started in August 1969 when I decided to hitch Europe - Lisbon to Stockholm. From the two-and a-half month hitch-hike trip I don't find any pictures, only memories. Probably the most impressive for me was waking-up on the day of my 20th anniversary in a sleeping bag, under a highway bridge near Husqvarna, Sweden. Like in Paul Nizan’s Aden-Arabie, quoting from memory, “J’avais vingt ans. Je ne laisserais jamais personne dire que c’est le plus beau age de la vie"

Lake Powell is very nice Interesting that now we see mostly house boats pop up. I love house boats. This is y favorite way to travel. You are always at home no matter where you are lol
Lady,
We had an incredible feeling when we got to Lake Powell, as it seemed quite weird in the middle of nowhere... ;)
House boats? That's why I love cruising; you travel while asleep, and the hotel room (and the hotel staff) travels with you... ;))
